The morning-after toolkit.
Incorpwise Addons is the operational sub-product to Incorpwise's main formation. The main brand is the chambers-feel front for first-time UK Ltd incorporations — Companies House filing, share structure, the white-glove walkthrough. The addons are the operational layer that runs after the company exists.
Forming a company is the easy part. What lands in your inbox the next morning is the hard part. Statutory mail. Confirmation statements. Share certificate requests. Director appointments. Address-change filings. Each of them on its own is a small task — but a founder running a new Ltd will have ten of them on their desk inside the first quarter, and that's when bad shortcuts (a friend's spare bedroom as registered office; a virtual-office aggregator running 200 dissolved companies; a missed confirmation statement) start to compound.
We took the same ACSP-compliant operating spine that runs Incorpwise main and applied it to the day-after work. Same Companies House filer, same statutory backbone, same parent group — but priced and packaged as monthly operational utilities rather than as a one-off formation event.
You don't have to have formed through Incorpwise to use the addons. The registered office, mail handling, share certificates, and name reservation work for any UK Ltd, no matter who filed the incorporation. The two free snaps — FormSnap and AddressSnap — sit pre-formation. They catch the mistakes that get expensive later.
The infrastructure underneath is unusual for a sub-product this size — the ATTOH Tech engineering stack handles the mail scanning, the Companies House API integration, and the audit log. ACSP discipline at the regulatory layer, operator discipline at the product layer.
If you have just formed (or are about to form) a UK Ltd, the addons handle what comes next.
